·        SYN-AKE:

It has a strong muscle-relaxing effect due to the polypeptide Waglerin-1 which is a competitive antagonist of muscle nicotinic acetylcholine receptors reducing acetylcholine resulting in the relaxation of facial muscles

prevents neurotransmitters from being released by destabilization of the SNARE complex thus decreasing muscle contraction

·        Collagen:

plays an important role in enhancing the Extracellular matrix by providing tensile strength to skin via increasing fibroblast

·        Silica :

induces the proliferation of fibroblasts resulting in increased regeneration of elastic and collagenous fibers

·        DMAE:

stimulate the synthesis of collagen and collagen fibers resulting in increased tensile strength of the skin

increases the elasticity of skin
