ETHYL ALCOHOL AND CHLORHEXIDINE GLUCONATE

HEXA Ethyl 70% is a theatre-grade alcohol-based hand antiseptic that is specially formulated for use in medical,healthcare, and Visionary applications.

The formulation, containing Chlorhexidine Gluconate, a broad-spectrum antimicrobial That exerts its properties by disrupting microbial cell membranes, is highly effective as a disinfectant and terminal sanitizer against bacteria, fungi, yeasts, moulds, and Viruses. The product is designed to eliminate the risk of cross-infection from hand transfer of these organisms

Instructions for use

-        HEXA Ethyl 70% is ready to use.

-        For hygienic hand rub: At least 3 ml of HEXA Ethyl 70% should be rubbed onto the dry hands within 30 seconds Without rinsing.

-        For surgical hand antisepsis: HEXA Ethyl 70% should be distributed onto dry hands and forearms in order to entirely cover them. As many portions as necessary to keep them wet for at least 1.5 minutes should be rubbed in without rinsing.

-        For Skin antisepsis: Local application on the skin.

Area of application

HEXA Ethyl 70% is formulated to promote skin health and reduce the spread of infections. Contains moisturizers to condition and protect the skin and contains Ethyl 70% alcohol to provide fast, proven antimicrobial efficacy against a wide range of microorganisms.

-        When hand antisepsis is needed.

-      Hygienic and surgical hand antisepsis.

-        Before wearing and after taking off the gloves.

-        After contact with the healthy skin and area of the patient.

    Composition

Active ingredients each 1OOgms contains:

• Ethyl Alcohol 70%
• Chlorhexidine gluconate less than 1%
• Glycerin 3%
• Triethanolamine 3%
• purified water.
